A new developer has been tapped to tackle a long-awaited urban village project in Fort Worth. The out-of-state company will replace Hoque Global, which the City of Fort Worth parted ways with over alleged delays. The new company has a “history of creative outside-the-box thinking for both financing and project design,” according to the selection committee.
